doesnt that linger in ur spine somewhere when you hear that ?
in my oppiniion (which isnt much to bother by) the intro had some flair , magnifique.. The theme and chorus had much of a,,, "safe" sounding push to it. want my oppinion, the quailty i could weave around, im saying with the initial structure and element of song, just surprise.

i think if you want this thing going crazy with production, export the file and send it to someone that has a really good mixer/software (studio) and they can booost it all up for you. smiley all up on the ante with lyrics and this is what anyone with a guitar or that wants to start a rippin group would aspire to do!
open for suggestions by sowillo14 4 years ago
ive got a suggestion for ya smiley simple on one end.. If you take the drums and piece them into the right tempo (i dont know if you can quantize in GB) but basically the drums/percussion will have a "locked" in effect with the song so its not as wobble for the tempo etc.
cool experiment tho. definately keep on keepin on here

Phenom.... can i get away with just saying that?
Book of Rules by jl 4 years ago
Perfect, wow... Let me start out by saying that youve got the "bob d." in ur voice. And its definately sincere, definately phenominal with the DX7 has the garage feel to it. And lyrics are totally realistic, nothing being forced. Smooth buddy.
Im not going to comment on "quality" because its something i feel doesnt need to be developed in this song, probably ur instruments and approach are more important. and its proven. So, environment is perfect. smiley

Definately INtense. this is "other" isnt it? With the abstract and dwaining activities produced here, it seems like an interpretation of precision. sweet tones and soundscape you have going on here, let me be the first on this site to tell you that. NOW, what i could offer you is come vocals on this. needs to be done at one time another. maybe one other suggestion, the sitar in the backround during the the song needs a little bit of "let go" in my oppinion, how about some reverb! yay..
definately has some interesting subtle qualities, nice drum kicks by the way smiley
I was on that site earlier and thinking about posting something also, i was listening to their previous winners, so, definately vocals is a must especially this song.
maybe like Air style vocals or like from Sigur Ros or something of that nature, and the second half of the song use Mallet on the cymbal etc, with ..... now im just getting crazy.
best intentions,

BAD ***,
This is ****ing sweet. I like your tonalities and your guitar melody. There is definatly some potential with collaborating on this track. You have some identification with SPACE and TIME on this track. No track is particularly trying to take over one another. Its very accomidating.
One thing that i can point out is the second electric guitar coming in and flaring on top of the melody. I can say that if it was maybe a glockenspiel or maybe a organ or piano etc. It could add a whole new element to the song??
maybe i could try something>

It sounds good, I like the production quality. It sounds like something I would hear on the radio. That means possibilities are still out there, but it doesnt mean that you arent on the right track with what you are doing.
Personally I could never write a pop song if my life depended on it, BUT i respect where your heart is as long as you mean it.
Is there a part of you that wants to be different? No one can re-invent the wheel, but are we not trying to sell our souls here?
I actually heard one of your other songs to day and it caught in my head for a while today when i was walking around town.
QUARK ELECTRONIC BAND/inspire (2006) by CONDURSO 5 years ago

Nice!, A little repetitive throughout, but very nice mixture of sounds. I got the idea though. I would say that if you took more of the midi instruments and tried to convert them to actual instruments (not all of them ofcourse) it could have more of a strong effect. I liked the guitar coming in towards the last quarter of the song, i could say that the drums have a more Produced sound than the rest of the other instuments which kind of gives the song a "separated" mood.
with best intentions.

Nice, I like.. has an interesting feel to it, brings me to foo fighters a bit, also original, I like when people mix organic and electronic, even though with GB is as if we have no choice! But you know what i mean. Also, I agree with lilichi good voice, maybe I should quit smoking....HA . Check out my song Importante, you might like it..
Shout of Hatred (remix) by Candorwien 7 years ago
Let me ask you something, I am so envious of all your listens, this original had over 4000 listens, its good also, great lyrics, the quality of vocals although is a little mashed, the song is very trippy for some reason, im getting all these thoughts about all these girls I used to date, an unrecent feeling. Very orchestral in a way, I could feel that the lyrics mirror the song and that is like a bomb!

Oh ,, well its supposed to be that way, i did it on purpose. But I understand what your explaining, it was a little difficult for me to focus on leaving it that way I must admit... On the other hand, I dont have a piano that would sound better than that, like a really old dusty grand piano, when I get enough resources I hope to be getting into some sort of experimental media-like environment, if not, create it, like a big warehouse with multiple avenues of equipment, "some say im a dreamer, but Im not the only one" type-a gig/.

HAHA, good, I just wish the drums were a bit more powerfull! The lyrics and voices were really good, even though you really werent that serious. And great guitar riifs! Has an early 90's feel to it. If it was beefed up a little bit, maybe a guitar solo, ha, or something like that. But hey, its good like it is even if your not intending to do anything else to it, (the drums up and compressed a bit, though). maybe acustic version too! ha, im just playin. Or am I?
