Biography
AMANYIA pronounced -(Ah men Yah), I am the writer, producer, of my words, and began this lyrical journey back in 1987, making my transition to Spoken Word/Poetry in the fall of 2007.
Creating 95% of the music, my pen is focused on thought provoking life experiences, and motivational influences from FAMILY, and FRIENDS, many diversified lyrical poets, and musical blends.
My voice is said to be rich, sultry and deep and the words coupled with my own style and flow can arouse the imagination and are finding their way into different genres such as Spoken Word, Jazz, Experimental, Freestyle, Pop, Rock, and even Hip Hop.
