Im a drummer slowly coming back to solid ground again..

.. and this is the direction ....

He is an example of the new " MODERN DRUMMER"...

THe stakes are higher then they have ever been... With guys like this practicing 7 to 16 hours a day.. and breaking new ground... The advancement in drumming for the everyday drummer is astonishing..

His use of the one handed role is Frightening..

In this day and age.. .No drummer can be without an arsenal of rudimentarily knowledge.. ITs just not feasible anymore...

Several years ago.. It s was Steve Gad that seemed to begin the change for the modern drummer.. No longer was the drummer guessing, with only a handfull of great drummers to choose from...

I think Dave Weckl is contributing to this change... brought drumming out of the closet.. to the rest of the masses... and the ability to play without injury.....

Now, with so much info on the internet.. Theirs no reason , a drummer cant develop into a sophisticated part of the musical experience..

Glad to see you express what a real drummer looks like.. Sounds like.. and the work that has to go into such an undertaking...

Great Job...
