Biography

Hailing from Washington DC, Atomic Boy aka Eddie Simmens, has been producing instrumental hip hop and downtempo electronic music for the past 3 years. Starting with Apple's Garageband program, he has slowly, but surely, worked his way up to professional quality with Logic Pro 7. Using a mix of sampling records and playing the keys on his midi keyboard, he constructs chill soundscapes that will be sure to leave an impact on the listener. In addition to producing music for recording artists, Atomic Boy works on licensing his music for film and television. Recently he founded the production company Boy Atom Productions, LLC. Past production credits include work for MTV's show "Meet the Barkers." Stay tuned.
