I write and record Beatle pastiches, and occasionally cover a Rutles tune to try to make it sound even more like the Beatles than the original version did. And once in a while I'll cover an actual Beatle track, usually one of my favorite album tracks. Everything is done with MIDI instruments -- while I know my way around guitar chords, actually playing the guitar is something no one should ask for.
