| I agree, the Praeger book is perfect for learning and mastering Reason. This should be a must buy even if you have a legit copy of Reason (and you should!). Rewire Reason to GBand is super simple. 1) Start up GBand 1.1 or better 2) Start up Reason 2.x or 3 3) Open up a song in Reason 4) Go back to GBand and click the play button... You will now hear the master stereo outs from Reason playing through GBand. If you want to add any mastering effects in Gband to alter the sound of your Reason master outs, put the effects in you GBand master track...it will affect the Reason sound as well as you GBand tracks. The only downside of rewire in GBand is that you can't send midi track data out to Reason from GB...you can only do that with Logic, DP, Tracktion Cubase etc. |
