![]() Might be #2 on Garageband.com, but sounds like every other generic rap song you can hear on Top 40 radio. Sorry. |

![]() Found this on the undiscovered songs, and it's doing it's job because this is a real undiscovered gem. Loved it. |

| Leave it Alone (ft jkane/james.moore) by FractalGarden | 4 years ago |
![]() Love the song. The mixing seems to be fine (balance of instruments is spot on), it's the mastering that lets it down for me. Far too much low end and top end, without enough middle. The top end is also very "swirly". There's a lot of potential here... |

| A baroque symphony? by ciheins | 4 years ago |
| This is great, but not Baroque sounding at all to my ears. The most important thing about Baroque music is that it's very mathematically defined with a distinctive IV-V-I chord structure to end each melodic phrase. Also, trills/temoloes are important in the solo string instrument. And you definitely need Harpsichord in there for the Baroque sound - it doesn't have to be fancy, just chords if you want. Think Handel's Water Music, the Harpsichord on that is fairly simple because Handel wanted to emphasise the newly invented French Horn. | |

![]() More "Acid House" than "House" I'd say. Takes me back to the late 80s with lots of partying and lots of not so legal substances. Love it. |

![]() Love it. And naming yourself after the legendary England cricket player was a stroke of genius. Got me listening anyway... |

![]() My favourite BJM tune. Great slower version. I'm giving 4 for the production because it sounds like you're too close to the mike - I'm hearing breath noises and pops. |

![]() Very Curve like - I like it. |

![]() Love this. This is my favourite from your MUGShot. Your voice reminds me a lot of Jonathan Donahue from Mercury Rev, and the music isn't that dissimilar to some of their stuff either. That's a compliment by the way. |

![]() Great song. The intro bit reminds me of The Mission - don't know if they ever made it over to the US, but track down a copy of Tower of Strength to see what I mean. Listened to your whole MUGShot and this was my favourite. Great beat and drive to the song, and fantastic production. |

![]() Took me a while to find this through your stuff. Heard it on the MUGShot and had to find a higher quality version. This rocks. |

![]() Not a Christian myself, but can appreciate the sentiment in the lyrics. Very well performed and recorded. Great voice as well. |

![]() Ahh, but you can play the blues. It's all about feeling, not technique. |

| Sierra by reini | 5 years ago |
![]() This is wonderful. I love this piece, probably because it is spontaneous. It holds that feeling of when the music was first performed rather than having the soul practiced out of it. Don't worry about the faults. I never do more than 5 takes of a part and if there are mistakes left, so be it, but the soul is still there as well. |

| No idea who Sarah is. It's what the woman is saying in the whispering sample. | |

![]() This is great. Really smooth. Vocals are a bit far to the left though. I found it hard to concentrate on the lyrics. |

| Shame about the distortion in the low end. Makes it hard to listen to. | |
| Invisible Dyad #2 by Invisible Dyad | 5 years ago |
| I can just see Smashie and Nicey pushing the big lever into overdrive to this. | |
| Invisible Dyad #24 by Invisible Dyad | 5 years ago |
| Sounds distorted on my rig. Good song though. | |

| I straight away thought Bowie when I heard this. | |

![]() OK, this is the one that gets my vote for runner up Reminds me of an old techno tune I used to love back in the late 80s called Genki - can't remember the artist, could have been 808 State. |

![]() My favourite Joy Division song. Surprisingly, Moby does a great cover of this as well. The only criticism I'd have is that you don't sound angry enough. |

| I like it. Could be one of the instrumental pieces on "In The Court Of The Crimson King" by King Crimson | |
| I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday by CowboyBob | 5 years ago |
| Use it for whatever you want. Just kind of stuck it up here to add to the Xmas spirit. BTW, the voice isn't mine - it; my girlfriend's - and although I'm biased, I think she has one of the best voices I've ever heard... |
