Biography
Trahit sua quemque voluptas
I have no formal musical training beyond perfunctory music classes in my first couple of years of high school.
Years ago, in my late teens and early twenties, being a huge fan of Numan, Ultravox, and others, I always wanted to get myself a synthesizer and play around making my own noises, and exploring whatever talents I might have (or at least find out conclusively that I had none at all).
But way back then, synths were far too expensive for me...
Fast forward about twenty five years, to 2004. Seeing an obvious opportunity in front of me, I bought GarageBand as soon as it came out.
Now I am older, ostensibly all grown up - and I'm finally doing what I always wanted to do. I am exploring my inner space and outer space, from the comfort and safety of my own desktop at home.
Equipment used:
- Power Mac Dual 2.0 Ghz G5 (one of the first made, and it's still a reliable powerhouse),
- GarageBand v3.0.4
- M-Audio Keystation 49e.
That's it.
THANK YOU for listening, and for your comments and ratings - I really appreciate it!
