this is properly weird and out of control. love it- has a geeked up virtuoso feel about it.
i think it could really benefit from a cleaned up production- i really like the timbre of the present sounds, but i want to hear them a little crisper.

this is still my favorite brandonp track. absolutely hypnotic, emotive..... really dreamlike. evokes a real spirit.

one of the first times StuNNutZ was brought to my attention- being pulled into this great little piece when i started doin' my own thing. there is a lot of foreshadowing of later NutZ tracks in this little piece- and the timbre of the flute adds a earthy, airy touch to the sound, which is interesting to hear again after so long, and the evolution of your business.

my favorite of this latest wave. a subversive mermaid ballad, this is hypnotic, majestic, and quite cinematic. yes, majestic, you boob.

thanks for your comments, slappytwac!! i like the dirtiness of this piece. my only suggestions would be to make it a little more concise- not so all over the place. and also, what would happen if this was mixed with a more subjective edge- if you took it out of a club?

'to teach an american......'
i grew up in detroit, and used to go out to all the underground parties in the early/mid nineties.
i like this a lot- it reminds me a lot more of that sort of music than anything i've heard out lately.
it's totall unabashed and has no shame about it's own grrrooooovvve.
it's like early happy hardcore.
cheers...

i'm really liking this. it really gets to what you went for- it's reinterpreted the smoky, glossy feel of old jazz into a postmodern context
