Global Conspiracy Project "Mix It How You Want It" Contest

We would like to thank everyone for entering the Remix Competition, there were some really great entries and it was great to see so many people joining in.

The judging was tough, with so many good remixes, but, there can only be one winner, and the WINNER is:

Zincshed - Reggaetron Mix

Zincshed has won a hand made Snare drum from Carrera Drums (worth £250) and M-Tron Pro Synth Software from GForce Software (worth £80.00)

RUNNER-UP -
Sykog - Remix

Sykog has won Virtual String Machine Synth Software (worth £120.00) from GForce Software

We have also decided that we would like to release both the songs to iTunes, along with one other mix from Bapta

Bapta - Remix

We would like to release all 3 of the mixes to iTunes with all proceeds from the sale of the mixes going to SOS Children's Villages and will now be asking the artists permission to do this! We will announce the release date of the remixes as soon as we have set a date.

The Global Conspiracy Project brings you the REMIX COMPETITION!

We are giving everyone the chance to remix "Many Hands Many Voices" the way you would like to hear it... We will supply you some of the separate tracks of the song for you to download and import into your DAW. Mix it, arrange it, produce it, add parts, take away parts and do generally what you want with it. Then all you need to do it upload it here to iCompositions.com, adding the contest from the drop down menu in the upload area and including GlobalConspiracyProject as a collaborator. You will have a month to work on your remix and upload it to iCompositions.com and then a small select group of Global Conspiracy Project members will choose a winner and a runner-up.

When uploading your remix please remember:
  • Enter your song in the contest by selecting "Many Hands Remix" in the contest drop down menu on the upload page
  • Include GlobalConspiracyProject as a collaborator
  • Do NOT make the song downloadable

Please read the following Official Rules carefully before deciding whether to submit your entry to the Global Guitar Giveaway via this website ("Website"), which is made available to you by The Global Conspiracy Project in association with iCompositions.com and sponsored by Carrera Drums and GForce Software. By entering into the competition outlined below, you are entering into an electronic contract with The Global Conspiracy Project to be bound by these Official Rules. The Global Conspiracy Project encourages you to print and keep a copy of these Official Rules for your records.

3. DURATION: The competition will run until 21st October, with judging beginning after that date. Any entries received after 21st October 2010 will be invalid.

4. PRIZES: WINNER: Song released to iTunes, with all proceeds being donated to SOS Children's Villages, Custom Hand-made Snare Drum (worth £250.00 from Carrera Drums), M-Tron Pro Synth Software (worth £80.00 from GForce Software.) RUNNER-UP: Virtual String Machine Synth Software (worth £120.00 from GForce Software). All taxes and shipping expenses associated with the redemption of the prize(s) are the responsibility of the winner(s). There will be NO cash alternatives for the prizes available.

5. ENTRY: Entries must be submitted online at iCompositions.com.

WINNER: The Winner and Runner-Up will be selected from among all eligible entries received, via a judging panel made up of a select few members of The Global Conspiracy Project, with judging being completed by 4th November 2010. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The Winner will be notified by The Global Conspiracy Project by e-mail. Undeliverable e-mail notification or failure to respond to prize notification given by phone by the Winner within 7 days of receiving such e-mail or phone call will result in forfeiture of the Prize. In the event of prize forfeiture by a Winner, The Global Conspiracy Project will select an alternative Winner via another decision by the competition judges. The Prize will be awarded. The Winner's name will be posted on the iCompositions.com web site, and also may be requested from The Global Conspiracy Project by e-mail. The judges decision will be final.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. Each entrant, by entering the competition, and the Winner, by accepting the Prize, releases The Global Conspiracy Project , and all subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for any damage, loss or injury resulting from or arising out of participation in this competition, and, as to the Winner, the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the Prize.

The producer of the remix agrees NOT to sell their remixes independently for personal profit in any form.
