I am 25 year-old music maker from Eugene, Oregon. I spent two years in a midi production studio suite at Lane Community College in Eugene, OR. I am 98% self taught and damn proud of it.
I avoid Apple Loops like the plague -- 99% of what you hear is either played live or programmed from scratch.
I like to use percentages 100% of the time.
I composed most of this with my 12" PowerBook G4 running GarageBand 2 with Volume 2 of the Apple Jam Pack, equipped with a 49-key mAudio keyboard and a damper pedal. I also spent time in a MIDI studio at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon -- some of the early work here is from my time in that studio.
I'll probably have an album one day.
