Irie Trees is a "new roots" reggae band from Puerto Rico. Since 2002 they have performed in stage with some of the island's most popular reggae artists. Looking ahead for bigger events in the next year('07), taking over the independent and underground reggae movement locally. Their goal is to fuse roots with dancehall making it the new roots movement that is taking over the cultural roots reggae beat.
