The music that I listen to and the music that I play is the music that speaks right to my guts, right to the central core of me. It may be blues, folk, rock and roll, jazz. I listen to music. I play music. I don't play a genre.

I started playing later in life than some. The guitar was the thing that speaks to me the most. I've tried my hand at the keys, the drums. That's not where it's at for me. I am trying to play a bit of harmonica lately as well.

I've tried for a couple of years now, to find other players to put a band together. For various reasons, players my age who are not already committed to something or are open to trying something are hard to find around here. I am undaunted.

The guitar speaks to me and speaks for me.
