Fulvio-
I cannot express enough how great this is!
It has some classic Ray Davies style performance in there but with joy and less irony... really a nice thing.

I'm with @Dyl and @wal4u - thanks for sharing the love!!!

I can tell you that I found this really, really entertaining and catchy.

Excellent mix too.

Thoroughly enjoyed! Enjoyed!

One little nitpick: Vocals are pretty high in the mix in the end though. Getting some distortion.

Minor quibble.

Wow! Floored!
The soaring guitar in the beginning had me hooked from the get go!

Wish the vocals were a little more dominant in the mix to add some more depth, but a minor quibble (what can I say, I tend to quibble).

Love the harmony vox and I really like Jay's keys in this one too. Often times I think Jay's magic is forgotten because Babs and Matt are so awesome, but I can say that Jay's touch here is the secret ingredient to make a great tune even greater!

And the lyrics are incredible also!

Love it!

The Longlines are back with a great tune (as usual).
Excellent production on this one.
Still would love more snap to the drums (and of course, a little more bass! smiley) but overall production is great.

Babs' vocals really shine on this. You rock Babs!

Matt and Jay, as usual you guys totally kick butt!

Thanks for a making a hell of a tune!!!

Seven Deadly Sins (Original Demo) by DaveM 4 months ago
Very, very nice!

I agree with TvRicky on the delivery ad with John on holding back on a few of the yeahs...

I can definitely see this going electric, although I'd hate to see that beautifully short and crisp acoustic solo disappear and become something overly long "Free Bird" type... You know, your skills on guitar tend to be overlooked (and you really kill on that thing!) because of your incredible voice, but I love the way they work together on this one a lot.

And speaking of said song, this is definitely a classic Southern Rock tune a lá Lynyrd Skynyrd and the ever incredible Allman Brothers Band, but I like how concise you made it. There is something to be said of having a great song clock in at under 4 mins these days! smiley

But the best part of all is the fact that it's all you and voice is, as always incredible!!!

I want that solo disc man! smiley

If there is one crit is that the harmony vocals have a little to much echo on them. You have such a wonderful voice that sometimes an effect can diminish their beauty.

But that is purely subjective.

I keep coming back to this song time and time again. So glad I downloaded this tune. I NEVER tire of this one. Just one of the best songs I've heard in years! And three years after i first commented on it, I'm back to once again tell you just how much I love this song and just how moving it is to me.

Thanks Scott.

This is one of the best gifts you've ever given us.

Besides your awesome talent of course.

Good to see you back here.
Always loved this Steve Howe tune. That entire album is probably their strongest one.
You did the tune justice.

----

As usual, your amazing playing and versatility is astounding. The bass is one of the sweetest things on here. Your ability to program these amazing rhythms in odd-timing is also incredible. Now your playing on the guitar is nothing short of sublime.

If there is one fault about this recording is that it isn't as full sounding as it deserves.

aside from that, I am loving this!

Excellent work Tadashi!

As always, a great fantastic performance. The piano is lovely, and is truly complementary to your voice. Not sure how much a rap interlude would really work, but I think a great solo in there would be great also.

I really like the mix a lot. The clarity is nice. It's actually a lot clearer than a certain short purpled one's unreleased then officially released album that you and I know too well.
The funky rhythm guitar sounds just like Controversy-era rhythm guitar. That tele must be channelling Him today.

If you think you funky, lemme see you dance!

Mother and Child demo by schubertiad 1 year ago
This is lovely. It has a similar feel to Tears for Fears' "I Believe" the way the vocals are done during the verses. Your vocals are as always wonderful, as is your music.

You say it's a demo, but I think it's done. The sparse arrangement is perfect. I can't see any more instruments being in this one and still keeping the intimacy in tact.

I think the lead is a little low, but since this is a groove song it doesn't bother me one iota. The bass on this is superb!
The drums are a little muffled compared to the clarity of everything else, but it isn't too distracting as to detract from the rest of the excellent mix.

Kudos to you sir!

plendido!

_______________________________________

Again, some truly mind boggling chops here. The only surprising thing is that your prowess as a bassist wasn't more prominently displayed in the mix. I think you, like Bass2X are awesome bassists and have such a knack for laying down such a sold groove that you may take it for granted. Fortunately for those of us with far less talent, we love and appreciate what you do.

Now on to your fabulous guitar... one word: fabulous!
You are master of the tasteful and you never overdo it.

Splendid!
