| Hot damn, son. That's an intense statement! I could only hope to be an influential and inspiring artist as he is. This song will be released, perhaps on my second album. I've even made some changes to it since I posted it it here. | |

| Rad, love that sound. I have this great image of not exactly robot mice, more so mice making their survival in the Year 3000 vibe. Climbing steadly through sterile metal environments, gnawing away precious chords. The melodies are great. | |

| I've been trying to get away from the "Too Much" feeling or cluttered feeling that glitch can sometimes transmit. You're the second person to say, in specific to this track as well, that the glitch is a bit too much. I 'ave not listened to Atonalis - I'll have to check into him for the reference. I really just dig the sound of spastic yet controlled rhythm! | |

| Hey, tis you a-gain! I appreciate the thumbs up more than the ratings. I'm glad you appreciate my work so much. Its really rad to be compared to AFX. ITs funny you note something about an album. My first release is coming out very soon. Its in the mastering process at the moment. I'll let you know when its out. | |

| Thanks for all the comments guys. I really liked your words Elder. Ace: I have no plans for an album yet, i just finally found the name i wanted to produce under - just a simple switch. Heh, it probably is out of tune - i'm still pretty new to the whole guitar playing so i've been trying to incorporate a lot more into my music just to familiarize myself with the instrument. I'll give it a listen and see if i can change it up a bit somehow : D |

They are still in critical conditions i believe. Either that or trying to regain movement - going through rehabilitation or whatever. Crappy that things like that have to happen.. | |

| Thanks man - As far as synth. The 'keys' sound was a pitched down and stretched string plug-in which sounded like an acoustic guitar at first, heh. The other melody that comes in was actually a guitar! : D | |

|
| Her Inertia by Lapse | 3 years ago |
| Haaaaay, Gman, long time - Yeah, this one was fun. Took a while to hash out, but i got it. I worked around a lot of different drums. As far as using any sort of plug-in? There's a plug called Dblue_Glitch that i use fairly frequently. It can generate your drums into glitched up sequences - but I'm pretty positive that anyone who uses it can probably tell. So i try and max out settings and do weird things with it. Sometimes recording long strings of glitches - then - latter rearranging them to my liking, then further stretching and cutting. So i try to get as far away from its sound as possible. When i first started doing glitch stuff i used it a lot, just straight up until i figured out the flow. Now a lot of my stuff is constructed from scratch, sometimes using a simple drum pattern then effecting it over and over again with various effects and filters, then cutting it appart, rearranging, saving, etc, etc Hah! |

| Thanks Ram - I keep seeing you all over the place! I'm really glad to hear you like this one. I did spend a long while on it. Long hours staring about an inch away from the screen making tiny cuts : D Its all worth it. Yeah, i tried to jam a nice assortment of quick passing melodies in. I think the ending is my favorite. Yeah, I'm pretty amazed when people toss something out they worked on for a half-hour. I sometimes wonder what it would sound like if they worked longer? Then again, if they've got templates and such, then its pretty good. Electronic Symphony! I'd like to attend one of those : D |

| Joie De Vivre Overture (Version 2) by soulima | 3 years ago |
| Very cool. Love the spring it has to it. The sound quality is clear as well. I really like the ending portion. There was a sound i wanted to comment on, or rather a 'trill' of sorts? If thats the correct term. That sort of brought it all to an end, for some reason i just really liked the way it sounded. I wish there was a counter on the quick time media player here so i can sight times. : | |

| You are in fact (at least in my mind) THEE A Cappella master, wizard, conjurer, controller, lesser God? Ah-haha. I love the old record gramophone sound. Sounds like I'm sitting at my hypothetical office during world war 2. My feet are kicked up on my desk and in one hand I'm rolling a smoke. All the while the other is in due process to pour some gin and tonic - I'm living in a decent bit of luxury. A simple gold, metal desk lamp is on, its chain swaying along with the ponderous flow of the track. Smoke curling in the air and curtsying off till it is no longer. Finally, I'm waiting for that girl i tempted earlier on to walk in and spill herself to me. |

| I would love to go somewhere with my music Gmanyo. That'd be great. I could think of no better life then making music for a living. I could be doing it everyday forever it seems. Which is why i love music. Its endless. Yeah, its a shame not everyone understands it, or are put off by complex rhythms. I love it though. I love trying to decipher and pick out the many different things going on. Heh, your one of the 'hard reviewers', aye? Good we need some more individuals like that! For sure, man. | |

| Yeah, something a bit different from me. I like 8-bit. I've never done it this simple though. | My god. This is absolutely fantastic. Length is no matter at all. This is just straight up, really cool. That total random shift just catches you off guard. In a good way, of course. Totally vibing on this. Love that harsh *** static-esque snare. Then the sax comes in..oh man. The mix is so clear too. That drop..was so awesome. This is just fantastic man. Excellent sonic trip. | |
| Double Helix Funhouse by FrozenEntropy | 3 years ago |
| Nice man. A nice bumping dance vibe. I totally dug the guitar part in there. Was a really nice touch. Then it was sort of mirrored with the sliding synths later on. I sort of see this whole scientific experiment going wrong vibe. This big montage of needles splicing genes in that sort of x-rayed out microscope view. Scientists examining experiments that are going wrong (maybe just dancing uncontrollably? haa). White walls, sterile, etc. I'd have a blast in this fun house for sure! |
|
| Eclipsed Light Walking Through Still Air by Lapse | 3 years ago |
| Thanks a lot man. I'm glad you like it. Yeah i tried to stay as true to 8-bit as i could possible let myself, hah. Its hard to do! I'm so used to glitched up, cut up, sliced up drums. This was fun though, something a bit different from my usual work. That's sort of my idea behind writing some to go along. Its kind of like a music video. Heh, you just read it. If i had an album, the words would be along inside on the insert. | |

| vofux by Gmanyo | 3 years ago |
| Minimalistic, light, airy, subtle. Nice for this early in the morning. Pretty funky towards the end too. I sense a bit of glitch influence. Do you listen to much of the genre? Aphex twin? The Flashbulb? Venetian Snares? | |
| iDimmed by Gmanyo | 3 years ago |
| At first, i wasn't too sure about it. The synths and what not in the beginning threw me off a bit. Then it breaks into this glitchy beat (which i, of course, dig). You could easily make this track much longer too. All the sounds happened rather quickly (especially the beginning beats). You should expand the beginning (when the beats come) for a little while longer for sure. I didn't finish writing my review yet! And the song ended! Mrah-hah! Not that time matters at all. You can always restarted the track, aye? Heh heh. | |
| Spiking punch with Mercury by Gmanyo | 3 years ago |
| Very cool dance track. Funky as hell. I could see myself (Attempting) to get down to this, haha. I like the beat-repeating to full on attack for sure. Love stuff like that. Shamefully though, a little on the short side : ( | |
| Blade Walker (fixed) by Gmanyo | 3 years ago |
| Nice. Dont judge on the first 1/4? Whats wrong with it? It sounds a little chip-tune-esque to me. You went wild with the distortion, and really used it to your advantage. I like the overall space. I like those thick, distorted highs that come and go. You even have a little bit of a glitch vibe going on when the drums come in. I dig for sure. The vibe from the beginning of the track to the end was very different, i likeeee. | |
| Eclipsed Light Walking Through Still Air by Lapse | 3 years ago |
| Thanks man. I'm glad you dig it. Heh heh, this is probably one of my only songs with a simplistic drum rhythm, even towards the latter part of the songs i couldn't help but expand on them. Love that percussion : D | |
| La faena by MishaThaler | 3 years ago |
| Cool, cool. Do those synths have delays on them? I like the established rhythm for sure. About half way through, when the second addition of synths come in you you have a nice little stutter effect on the main synth rhythm which is pretty cool. I like the build! My only advice is: Turn them drums up a bit! They're a sort of too quiet. | |
| He's A Good Chap by dirigent | 3 years ago |

Niiice. I had headphones on already so all i had to do was put out the desk lamp (As instructed ). Pretty dense, dark space. I diggity-dig the droning bassy synth in the back and swooping noises. Delayed drums are always nice too : D |

| Dreams Collide by Nautus | 3 years ago |
| Nice space created here. Was an enjoyable listen for sure. Did i hear some ocean samples in there? some birds i know i heard. I really like the use of found-sound stuff in here. Only problem i heard was a stop / start of your guitar sampling when the acoustic came in. Should fix that up! | |
| little about by Lapskin | 3 years ago |
| This is pretty bad-***. Nice effects on the vocals in the beginning. That scratchy-ness of them is great. The drums fit them perfectly. A little crunchy, distorted. I totally digged the glitches all over on the vocals later on in the track for sure. Cool stuff! | |
