Hey all...
I've been playing guitar for about 6 years. I took almost a year off of playing regularly in the middle but then took some lessons and taught my self most of the rest that I know.
Main Gear:
~ Fender Stratocaster (stock pick-ups)
~ 1958 Epiphone Flying (EMG-81X/60X combo, bridge/neck respectively)
~ Epiphone Les Paul Custom (DiMarzio Super Distortion in bridge, stock neck)
~ Acoustic is a Takamine GS330S
~ Marshall AVT 150 through home-made 4x10 (Carvin speakers)
~ also run through a Line 6 Uber-Metal distortion pedal
~ All drum tracks are recorded via a MIDI keyboard or program loops.
I'm currently focused on mine and my friend's thrash/rock/heavy metal project TERRACIDE. Nothing too complex I guess, just fast, heavy, knock-you-the-****-out metal and also some fast(er) rock-ish style metal. We enjoy playing a little of everything.
