 It was a fairly straight forward cover. You didn't put any spin on it or anything, which is cool but... It just didn't come out too well for this song. I think it's because the way that Tiffany did it was WAY over produced and that's why it sounded cool but then hearing a band do an exact replica only with a kind of grungy guitar and drums sound just doesn't mix well. I do have to say that the back up and lead vocal lines mix very well. I'm impressed about that, since I've seen a lot of bands do that badly. Also, the world needs more female rock vocalists so that's awesome. At the same time the world doesn't need more then one Joan Jett so be careful. The piano arrangement might be a little too complicated also. It sounds like during the "I think we're alone now/doesn't seem to be..." the pianist is just soloing. |

Man, this is really nice. Your voice is so....smooth. I could listen to this for forever. You got some clever words in there too. Much respect. Edit: The third verse is very very cool. I didn't really catch it the first time through but on second listen. It hits you real nice. |

 I've been doing practically an identical cover for some time now and everyone really likes it. The only criticism is that when you get to the "bapa ba pa ra ra ra" your vocal gets kinda random and you stop singing the melody quite straight. Other then that it's sweet. |

Wow!! I was highly impressed by this you guys are great!!! Most of the people here on icomp don't make the vocals the loudest thing but you guys did and the music was perfect very very beautiful. i agree your levels are all over the place. Race the vocals over the djembe and make the lead guitar around the same level as the drum and I think it will sound much better. ciao |

| woot! we both dont have very good singing voices but you still should have turned up the vocal track if the vocals are louder and the confidence u have shows in your voice it sounds just as impressive as a good singer so dont be afraid |
