Mario Monroe is from Los Angeles, California and has been inspired by music and songwriting the last couple of decades. Dance was Mario's first foray into knowing that the "biz" was where he wanted to be. The songs and music Mario writes has been inspired by the likes of Michael Jackson, Prince, Sting, Peter Gabriel, Janet Jackson, Madonna, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, The Cranberries, Lil Kim, Justin Timberlake, Luther Vandross, Britney Spears (yeah I'm a fan, go Brit!), Kanye West, Rihanna and many more...his taste is very eclectic. Musical genres include, R&B, pop, hip-hop, grunge rock, alternative, classical, classic rock (the Rolling Stones rock!! Still!!) and dance. Phew!!
