Biography
It all started out innocently enough...
MissRedd began her life on this earth with a pure heart...and the kind of endearing naivety only a child can possess... But then she moved to the big city...never to look back. ![]() MissRedd adjusted quickly to city life...developing a thick skin...along with a good dose of cynicism, bitterness, and jaded world-weariness...(because really, we all know how things can get in the city, right?) ![]() Her poor mother couldn't understand the effect that city life had on MissRedd, and she was often left wondering (and sometimes crying hysterically) to herself, "Oh dear dear me! What did I do wrong?! What has happened to my sweet little angel?!!? She has changed so much!!!" ![]() Indeed... (Her mother, in fact, was right...MissRedd HAD changed...she had lost her innocence...her young spirit...and her child-like wonderment regarding the world around her...) ![]() But just underneath her tough, street-wise exterior...(unseen to most)...was a delicate and sensitive artist, who was beginning to experience first-hand, the power of music...and the magically transcendental nature of dancing uninhibitedly until daybreak... ![]() ...learning for herself that "house music is a spiritual thing...a body thing...a soul thing..." ![]() ...and finally coming to understand the concept of "one nation...under a groove...coming together...in the spirit of house!" P.L.U.R. ![]() ![]() Through all of this, MissRedd was obliviously carving out her life's path, and shaping her destiny...(in essence, MissRedd was subconsciously creating her own future)... Until one day...(one sweet sweet glorious day)...when everything started coming together in her mind...the day MissRedd opened up her third eye and awakened to her destiny... ![]() ...the same day that a Tech-1200 came along and hit her right over the head (like a ton of bricks)...the very day that MissRedd truly understood (without a shadow of a doubt), that making music made her happy... ![]() ...and that was the day that MissRedd finally knew that the music would set her free! Her vibrant and youthful energy began to return, and her spirit was renewed...creativity started flowing, and MissRedd began to see everything in a new light...(almost as if the breath of new life had entered her lungs)...she felt it right down to the core of her being...the unbridled joy and passion about life...the return of her innocence...(and the rebirth of her child-like sense of awe and amazement at the wondrous world around her!) The End. *note: some of the events depicted in the above story may not have occurred exactly as described (or even at all). some events, details, people, places, things, and/or ideas may have been altered to suit the author's artistic vision.
