I'm a musician, writer and web designer based in the UK, in lovely south London, Brixton to be precise. I've been playing bass guitar for 20 years and play with a variety of bands, a world music group playing Rai - called Ludomix (see www.Ludomix.com) - a 6-piece funk band called Jasco (see www.jascomusic.com) and a modern jazz quintet called Big Fan - website coming soon. The pieces I've uploaded are a couple of solo bass things - I obviously dig Victor Wooten, but that's just one side to my musical personality - I listen without prejudice if I can help it and love alll kinds of music - the two important factors for me being both a great melody and a great groove. I do however believe that there is definitely good music and bad music - but that it's also important to have some genuine form of emotion in music - not just happy, sad etc - but that it connects in some way to the human aspect of playing and listening.
