![]() I agree, paulhenrys, this is an awfully nice place. (a real nice place to raise your kiiiids uuuup!). The ratings don't mean anything. Critical opinions is what we need. I'd rather get a critical opinion than a well-behaved one. Concept: these chords are way too obvious and not conducive to great stuff Creativity: See above (this song won't modulate) Performance: Well, that's kinda good, aspecially the singing, although it just follows the chords, there is no phrasing at all. Even the Bass plays root notes. Production: Repeat chords over and over and producing becomes like driving a bicycle. |

![]() Interesting chord changes. I like these in a song (keeps me awake). You phrase your guitarnotes the way I like it. It's a language not many musicians understand. It's "speaking" in a way. Allthough I think the production could be better. A suggestion is to avoid panning several instruments at one spot (except for drum and bass), you have plenty of room to arrange them, so you can avoid overload. |

| Thanks a lot, by the way, about the scratchy thing (fuzz amp in Garageband), do you know how to avoid it? I've tried to regulate the gate, but it's barely controllable, it's either this or no sustain! |
