| Things are a bit to the left. The bass needs to be more in the middle, Snare is great, bass drum needs to be more in the middle. The voice is a bit thin in the mix. The voice is great, the rest of the piece needs to be turned down a bit to let the vocals ring out a bit more in the middle. And, the vocals need room, they are getting crowded... In general its solid and great and great ideas... Loud guitars need possibly some compression or to be subdued. This could mean the general mix needs to be brought down to about -12 and fooled with... Then brought back... Great job... |

| I wondered what to expect... This is really really great.... It sounds as good as an Apple commercial... The voice placement is great... and the mixing is right where I think it should be.. The Vox is in the box, direct.... This is great vocal mixing.., Or frequency spectrum placement with use of compression?, just a little ? Its great.. The guitar is great, However, its panned to far left for the solo.. I can hear why, because of other sounds in the spectrum, and I should say they are well placed and clear... Its just the solo that is a bit on the left.. I need a bit of it in the middle somehow, I know it competes with other stuff, Im not sure how to do that.. Vocals are not centered.. Their coming in way to the right.... This can work, in fact it is.... However, Not sure if you knew this... In fact the vocal placement works great, yet its in a way odd place in the mix... However, its solid and not bleeded out... So.... Would like to hear different rhythm choice at different places to change up things a bit.. Your using the chorus numerous times.. This is great... I was thinking of the song Fernando by Lady GAGA... Its an electronic way of making it sound like real players.. its very interesting and effective... Whats fascinating, is, it was over so fast. thought it was for only a second.. very strange... Use this as a master.. change the words in each song... Shorten them up ... Only because I would go crazy if I had to write that many words at once.. It has a smooth quality,, When one instrumental voice is real , that offsets all the other loops, and the rest of the loops sound smoother... Much thicker sound.... Richer... keep going.... Imagine that you've lost your mind, and your screaming endlessly,, and dont care about anything anymore... You've given up,, and nothing else matters any more.. Your not part of civilization, so you scream, and yell and smashing everything... I would like to hear you cuss and scream life a wolf that just killed again , and loved every minute of it... THis is very interesting.. has a kind of flamenco style to it, with a candy box piano sound... Very interesting... brings up Home images to me... This is very interesting how the reverb disappears into a more dry example... That is very interesting.. And this is quit a long piece ... Very good.. and very nice use of classical fingering, cadences and arpeggios ( Quick , get out the Champaign... ) ... | Love it... could feel it right from the start.... Love that groove.. nice mix, really listening to the placement of the instruments and their sound in the mix... and simplicity of the whole thing, the space, and how it works..... Love the sound of that bass,, how its mixed, and its placement... I find a full bass sound illusive at times when I try to create it... Nice compression and placement of guitar, the vocals still come through the middle.... and the guitar in the solos comes through with no mud from the keys... Nice job..... |
