I have no problem with the intro at all, really. If you're that concerned about it, maybe you could put some jazzy piano chords as hits, as a foreshadowing of the piano to come.

The piece has some really great intricate sounds, and the mix is great. The piano performance is very romantic and I think the piece as whole is well done.

:D

As always my friend, I do all my own piano parts. I've been playing for 20 years. I try to keep parts as live as possible, though I have been known to slow down my tempos on ultra difficult passages while recording. I've also touched up passages as well, either in alternative takes (like in Devon's Ghost) or by fixing up horrendous mistakes in the midi track. Gotta love technology.

Devon's Ghost by PleiadianAgenda 19 days ago
Hahahahaha, guys. If you only knew how many takes it took to get those parts right. In fact, we played this piece a bit back in Florida, live, and I can promise you those piano runs were WAY SLOPPY compared to the studio mix. Especially if we had been partying a little.

To me, amazing is Franz Liszt or Chopin. When I can play like THAT........... smiley

But thanks gentlemen, for the kind and generous words. I will keep practicing those keys smiley smiley

Rock Your Dream by imadesentana 1 month ago
A great work in progress. You are capturing the feel of AC/DC right from the start. . LOL, what you need are a few of those AC/DC chord changes; such as E to A to D, or any of those 1, 4, 5 blues progressions. I'm sure any AC/DC fan realizes that AC/DC made their entire career off of the 3 chord song, hahahahaha.

You captured the vocals spot on!! Hope to hear the finished product smiley
