| Thanks zincshed! As musicians and purists we (myself included) don't like the use of autotune to mask a vocalist's inability to sing. I do however think it has a place when used in the context of creativity and it's proper genre, esp in dance and electronic music. The vocoder has been around for ages not to mention the talk box. They have their place in the creative & producing aspect of music making. It's just now that many wannabe artists use these tools to mask their own lack of vocal talent. | |

| Hi Pete, You are absolutely correct. We don't spend much time on the covers, start to finish on a cover is about 2-4 hours max once we lay down the track. My original music can takes months to polish and finish. The covers are primarily an extension of rehearsal time w/Rosebud. I do indeed put more of myself in fact all of myself into the original music, it must have a message and of course top quality Thanks so much for listening!! |

| Hi irok, I'm not sure why you can't access the song. Maybe a browser issue? Do you have any pop up blocker that may be preventing the song from loading? Send me you email and I'll be glad to send you the mp3. Thank you also Barretok! It was a little difficult to decise what type of beat we were going to use, but in the end the congas and toms seemed to work best with our arrangement. We always try to respect the original tune but then make it our own |
