Biography
Description
ROTU is Ranchers of the Universe
We do a lot of jamming, and no gigs since we are all too lousy and too lazy to learn sets of music.
We are cowboys on Acid
History
Mostly we do live jams, and and a few multi-tracked productions from time to time. We have also saved some recordings from a few years ago, and once in a while remix one with new overdubs, arrangements etc.
To do that we use Acid Pro, Sound Forge, and cubase - that way we can take some songs that sounded like crap at the time, and give them some new life. Sometimes a couple of great measures from a horrible take can be transformed into a pretty cool tune.
Group Members
Players include:
Me - J. Eddie: percussion, guitar, keyboards, guitar synth, harmonicas, some vox, basement recording and production
Scooter - guitars, keyboards, insanity
