Yoink.

Hello regular rotation. 8D>
CANCER by Trilobite2 1 day ago
... the ending... with just the organ... really works to get across that feeling of being alone. Which, I assume, when someone has this horrible thing, is how they would feel.

I connected... 'n I dig.

Really needed a trumpet sound...
... ye're effin' awesome!

Thanks for puttin' this up!
Phobia by dirigent 1 month ago
Thanatophobia... fear of death. I can relate, being scared to death by Death, myself. lol

My interpretation of this would be that they've already died... 'n this is the resulting descent into the unknown... amazement of the surroundings coupled with bein' scared outta' ye're consciousness. lol

Thoroughly dug.

This is like a buncha' gremlins gettin' together at a rave... droppin' whatever... 'n goin' completely insane... ('n that's insane for gremlins... which is pretty nuts). lol
Tearin' up the joint... startin' fires... 'n I guess gettin' fresh with the chick at the end. 8)>

I wouldn't dare listen to this while doin' up the Salvia...
... not with those droning specters. lol
I will, however, save a copy of this for the next time I run into Bob. 8)> That slow mellow groove is perfect.

I dig.
Well...I Didn't See That Coming by ShadowofNine 1 month ago
I have to admit... I didn't see that comin', either. lol

A head bobbin' good time. Your use of the reverb/delay combo does the trick, nicely... (I'm a fan)...
... 'n just when I think I've got this track down... half way through... "What the?" lol

Kudos.
Diminished Returns by Eidolonia 1 month ago
This is absolutely wonderful. That intro sets the mood masterfully... 'n damn... that piano... I love it. The tone of the acoustic is perfection... I wish I could get that tone!
When the verse comes in, that's when I was hooked... right off the bat. The operatic approach to the vocals mixed with this grunge vibe is right up my ally.
Then it breaks into the meat... 'n the listener can't help but sink their teeth deep into it... with the juices rushing down.
The growl at the end of the second verse brought this delightful smile to my face...
... 'n that solo... with all of this going on to back it up... it's epically classical.
So sorrowful... so grand. So skillfully crafted... that lead guitar sings with the breath of a damned angel.
'n to read how you were doin' this with technical problems... I'm really effin' impressed Eido. Really.

Be proud of what you 'n herrsolera have created here. 8)>

I dig the pre-solo part especially in this piece. Awesome vibe there... loved that it repeated too.

Not keen on the mix, however... sounds a bit muddy for my tastes. I'd love to hear this crisp 'n over-polished. lol

I dunno, maybe the mud helps the overall... after all; havin' a werewolf come at you isn't gonna' be a clean situation in 'n of itself. 8)>

I do dig it, though. Dig it a lot. Big fan of the lycanthropic-metal genre, myself. smiley

I'm swimming with that guitar...
... through cool waters...
...... with a rocky current taking me along.

Floating up into stronger waves...
... as beads of precision-wet crashes over...
...... then the sudden drop.

Sunk quick within the river...
... too fast to gulp for air...
...... but just floatin' right back to the surface.

The end with the crickets...
... as night descends...
...... was a lovely way to end the trip.

I am now alert but dug where the ride took me.

Thank you.

Breathe easy by KCsGROOVE 3 months ago
Ya' know what, KC? Ye're in luck. I just so happen to be in the right head-space for such a song. Could stand to use a bit more reverb over everything. But that's just my personal taste... I drown things in that stuff.

Had me bobbin'... a nice slow rocking-chair style bob...
... good show.

Theme for the Unknown Man by ShadowofNine 3 months ago
An excellent use of space... while holding that intense, yet helpless scenery right up to our face. The yearning pace drives onward with only the break allowing for the chance to reflect... until that string section takes control, reminding all involved of the severity of what is happening.

Thoroughly crafted.

Enjoyably dug.

Throughly dug.

Fast paced movement of runnin' through the jungle...
... 'n I wasn't so much afraid of big animals gettin' me as I was the lit'le things you can't see. lol

Very cool tune, G.

The Track Of Time (with new 1st movement) by feenixx 4 months ago
It's songs like this that really make me wish I had some weed. lol

The space in this... right on!

While listening to it...
... I have no possible idea where y'er gonna' take me next... but I'm eager to get there... 'n once there... you do not disappoint.

Giddy up, F!

Very nice! It has a soft creepiness to it...
... 'n I'm a pretty good judge of creepiness...... so... lol

The heightened tension, coupled with the overall frightening sense of what's constantly trying to break free, is fantastic.

Well done.

Great set up... mid-mark forces ya' deeper... the back around is well played... the fade out is perfect.

"Dig" it. (yes, pun intended... it's okay... you can laugh).

lol

The amount of space y'er able to get with this track is superb...
... 'n the oinkin' creep'd me out... lol

All-in-all...
... dig it. Don't understand it... but dig it.

::thumbs up::

It's too bad you disabled ratings on this song...
... 'cause you'd get five stars across the board.

Man oh man...
... this is such an incredible ride...
...... you've got y'erself a new fan.

Bravo!

Loved this one!

Cronic's musical arrangement is wonderful... but y'er vocals on it bring the whole thing to another level altogether...

... I'd LOVE to hear y'er voice saturated with reverb... you have this undefinable quality about it... but a slow mournful piece with y'er voice drowning in reverb... yeah...
... I might have to ask for a colab. 8D>

Great song...
... really dug it.

I really liked this...
... very 90s... which was such an excellent time for music, wasn't it? lol

Both lovely 'n catchy...
... a welcomed surprise on this gray, dismal, lit'le afternoon I'm havin'.

Surreal... a journey, to say the least. Like a dream too vivid to be forgotten...... 'n outta' no where, that midnight snack comes 'round 'n plunges you deep into the nightmares of another world.

Wish I had some grass for this one. lol

A swirling mysterious spiral of haunting figments...
... no choice but to dig it... although, a punch after the bridge woulda' clinched it...... the riff at the end seals the deal.

Sisyphus (un fragment) by Justin_Case 10 months ago

I've always pictured Sisyphus as having a defeated sense about himself as he's doomed to his task...
... but the way you present him as a tragic heroic King... who never lost his proud regal nobility even when faced day after day with his daunting task...
... it's moving. (pun sorta' intended).

Morpheus, himself, would drift through this piece in tranquil delight.
This song is a voyage through the sands of subconscious...
... arriving at a destination which solidifies sweet dreams 'n peaceful slumber.

Well done. smiley

A piece dripping with sorrow like water from an icicle... but it also has warmth... like the heat from the sun (thus making the icicle melt?)

I didn't know your Grandmother... but I'm sure her heart would have melted had she heard this beautiful piece of music you've created, Justin.

My condolences for your loss.
