A real throbbing track, it contrasts nicley with some of your other work. The guitar sits weird but the more i listen the more i like it.

Great singing style. Fantastic harmonies. Good sound all round. It's great when you can create such a full sound without needing and whistles and beeps.

I like a tune that can continue being played during a powercut. I'd love to think we will still have the music when society collapses in on itself.... eventually.. smiley

Into my faves.. Thanks.

Great sample leading you into the darkness. Then some fantastic sounds slipping into view before sliding back into the melee. Thanks.

Baby007? I mean come on 'Rickyeatworld' I think this is great and doesn't take itself too seriously at all. That is the great thing with folk. Some times the subtleties are so slight it can be interpreted in many ways. Great idea for the song. The mikes were a little noisey but that takes nothing away from the enjoyment, Thank You! smiley

Cool creation. I would liked to have heard the vocals a little more I think they sit in with the guitar a little too snugly. As they are so central to the song, any chance of putting the lyrics up?

Great rythem and guitar sound. Cheers.

Great stuff, I love the background ambiance as much as the all important tune.

Still this was my first delve into GB and now i have found a new note everyone will be copying bits from my forthcoming batch of songs entitled 'In the Key of I'...
Actually... I really like that.. I think that is a dead cert. In fact i like it so much i just bought the dot com...

Can't fault the levels. Love the pace and vocals. Very British in flavour but original in itself. Great harmony's too.

Nothing is pointless. It has a mantra like feel to it. Interesting for me to want to rate it. smiley
I could actually see it extended with more vocals. Could be words or more abstract sounds.

Great sound. Simple and easy to follow. Sometimes less is more and this song shows exactly that. It's really catchy.

This is unique to be sure.. I was reluctant to put 5 stars across the board as you are obviously 'standing on the shoulders of giants.' But as it is something i have never heard done before you deserve the credit. Cheers...

I thought the structure works really well and would love to hear the song recorded without the little background hiss.

Great words, sounds like you are singing about a couple of girls i used to know. smiley

I really like this. It's organic and rough around the edges. I love the harmonica too. Hearing the simplicity of yours makes me want to play down the use of mine. This would make a great busking song. I'd give you the contents of my pockets that's for sure.. smiley

Really well written. So complicated i don't think i could have pulled this off. A tiny bit too much reverb/echo on the chorus for my personal taste but a great song all the same. You have a really easy to listen to tone in your voice.
Cheers.

Cool man.. Dig the chipmunk intro that really gets marks for creativity. The beat really punches the tune home. There's a little distortion the higher levels but that's fixable.
Cheers.

I like the space within it, It's dark in a kind of DJ Shadow kind of way. I think the production has allowed generous room for some seriously funky vocals. I just wish I could rap.. smiley

The only thing i would tidy is the ending.

Good work. thanks.

Man, this really reminds me of a song me and a mate recorded on minidisc years ago after lots of wine. Yours is much more defined than our effort at being different and i think it's a really original piece in itself. Mad mixing that gets right in your head towards the end.

My Grandfathers native tounge.. I wish i had learnt off him whilst he was alive.
The song sounds great and it brought back memories of when he would sing for me. The lyrics to Ukrainian songs seemed to be dripping with meaning. I miss his translations.
Thanks for the feeling. If you ever get the chance it would be great if you could post the lyrics with translation.

Quality man.. What a great concept carried through really well.
I would never get away with this though as my other half is a Chopin (related) so i guess we would have to use the funeral march every one else uses.

Great collaboration with an original sound. The shaker is either a little high in the mix or too electricky for my liking, i haven't decided.. I some times tend to hear when there is no slight deviation in the sound which i guess is a bit sad.

Love the soft tonal guitar and the way the vocalist has allowed the space for every aspect of the composition to be enjoyed.

Cheers!

Great panning and use of blops and blongs. It's electronic enough to be modern and fun but organic enough to throb with a real groove that screams DANCE in a dark kind of way.
