Short but sweet. Nicely structured though, with everything fitting perfectly in the right places. I love the old sounds too!

Great little tune, just my sort of thing. I'm not familiar with Ableton at all, but it sounds as though you can do some pretty cool stuff with it. Thoroughly enjoyed this one, thanks a lot.
We Hate You by The_Gryson_Orchestra 1 year ago
I really enjoyed this. I love the repetition and the build up with the overlayed intricacies and throbbing beat, excellent stuff indeed.

I dunno where you got the title from though, I don't think it does this track any justice. If anything I found it to be an uplifting, happy track, hence the download.

Nice work.

Great beat, it certainly lives up to its name. Dark and slightly menacing. I like it.

Great atmosphere and I love those big heavy drums!

Excellent track, superb production and definitely an engaging listen.

Sounds like you had a good time making this, I certainly enjoyed listening to it. Loved it when the drums kicked in. Very nicely done.
[Wilderness] 01 In The Woods On An Ice Cold Night by darkhatred 1 year ago
Absolutely cram-packed with atmosphere.

I certainly wouldn't want to be walking in the woods on my own listening to this through a pair of headphones, I'd be bloody terrified.

Excellent soundscape though, it drew me in and kept me transfixed until the end.
Paleolithic by Narananda 2 years ago
You have definitely succeeded in capturing a particular part of time. The images that this piece bought to my mind were a harsh, cold and dangerous landscape. I loved the kettle drums and the synths you've used are perfect for creating the atmosphere.

Well done my friend, an awesome achievement in 'soundscaping'.
The Big Goodbye by Result_Of_Chance 2 years ago
Great lyrics and you have a really pleasant sounding voice. I really liked the 'flow' of this track and I'm jealous because that's something that I just can't seem to do myself. Love the album art too...slightly scary as one day it may come true.
No More. No Less. by RoboScott 2 years ago
Henno, I think it's because it such a big file.

I think that if you leave it for a while the music bar will eventually appear.

I'd be really grateful if people would let me know whether they can play it or not though.

I've seen this song performed by three different tribute acts and none of them has ever completed the piano intro without making a mistake.

So, all credit must go to you and the band for giving such a great performance of a wonderful song.

Absolutely brilliant. I love the 'up and downs' in tempo and punch. The phasing of the synths is fabulous too, what a super all enclosing sound. And, finally, the vocals are perfect too.

Superb track. Can you email an MP3 as there is no download button?

Nice one.

Prog Out by braj 3 years ago
The first thing that hit me was the excellent production on this. Next came the sounds which burst out of my speakers and made my ears pop! I really liked this track. It takes me back to my Gong days too, like some sort of mad solo in the middle of a 20 minute track.

Nice work, very enjoyable indeed.

Oxygene pt.4 (Jean Michelle Jarre cover) VERSION 2.0! by RolandOfGilead 3 years ago

Very nicely arranged with great instrument and voice choices. The beat gives it a whole new sound, sort of up tempo, and the addition of the cymbals is a lovely touch.

Great track. Well done my man. Love it.

The beinging by DX_OF_TX 3 years ago
A wonderful soundscape. I really like the sort of dragged bass that comes in every now and then and seems to stop everything...it's really effective.

That Fruityloops seems to be a really good programme. Everything I listen to that's done with it sounds extra cool. Amazing synths.

Nice work.

15 Weeks (HTB) by becwil 3 years ago
Totally and utterly original.

I did, at one point, get a bit overwhelmed with the amount of sounds being played at me, but just as I was about to give in, it changed slightly and everything became manageable again. If this was your intention, then you have succeeded admirably.

Not an easy listen by any means. But I DID enjoy it and will be very interested to listen to the further pieces in the series.

Quality work.
Sahara by Narananda 3 years ago
I have a track called 'Sahara', so I had to listen to yours. I think you've captured the immense size of the desert better than I have. It has a definite feeling of loneliness to it, a tiny spec in an ocean of sand.

Very nice.
Painful by MIR 3 years ago
So much to listen to in this one.

I loved the synth rhythms, the change in tempos, the voice, the beat, the quirkiness of it all. A feast for my ears!

Really good collab. Nice work.

Soul Stealer (W/ BorisLuxx) by Naaji 3 years ago
It's the first time I've heard you sing 'full lyrics' and I'm loving it. It does sound very 80's in style, but hey, if it's 80's then I'm in.

Lovely, polished track. Very well done guys.
Assembly Line Drudgery by puppy7 3 years ago
Mmm...criticism...OK, here we go.

This is too good for loops only. It sounds too complete, too highly polished and produced far too well. What's more, it flows properly and has a beginning, middle and end. I'm disgusted with you.

There. Take that!

Nice loop work. It's not that easy to make a seemless loop track that actually goes somewhere. This has a definite beginning, middle and end, which is rare in a loops only composition. Very good manipulation, giving a varied, interesting result. Top track my friend.
In My Memory (That's Where You Will Always Be) by Naaji 3 years ago
Another wonderful, different and intruiging track.

Very minimalistic, which seemed to give it a cold, distant feel, which suits the subject very well. A bit down and lonely perhaps?

Nice track, great voice as always.

Pacha Mama (Oldfield Cover in a new more rythmic version) by blueprintorchestra 3 years ago
Yeah....an exceptionally cool cover, and an unusual choice of a Mike Oldfield track to do. I think I actually prefer your version without the vocals that are in the original.

Really, really nicely done. Cheers.

chromatic by JefDam 3 years ago
Great sounding track, excellent clarity and production.

I too would have liked to have heard more instrument variation, mainly just to add to the build of the track so that it was leading somewhere.

Having said that, this would be ideal as a John Carpenter soundtrack.

Yeah! Highly original track. Great variation in pace and mood, and your use of sound choices are excellent.

There does seem to be quite a lot of distortion coming through the speakers, is this intentional?

Regardless of that, I really enjoyed this one.
