To be honest i didnt really like this one much - it seems like its just random notes being played and i dont hear any kind of melody or anything .. it might very well just be me who dont get it. Or maybr you have to have smoked something stronger then i have to like it.
Underwater Breathing Apparatus! by ahumblepizza 10 months ago
I kinda like the idea... very unique - only its too bad the guitar dosent come in earlier, but i guess thats a matter of taste. Only thing i think it lacks is consistency ... but very cool riffs for sure

Very DT smiley i hear some references to metallica also. nice guitar work. however i think maybe the beginning of the tune is a little 'slow' if that makes any sense at all.

well done smiley
LASCIALI STARE * GIANCA DEEJAY by GIANCADEEJAY 1 year ago
everything is well performed. however to me the chord progression is maybe a little too obvious. i cant speak to the lyrics since i dont understand italian hehe. I dont really care much for the drum sound but i guess thats all a matter of taste. also the drums seem a little loud in my headphones (im not sure if its just my equipment thats bad hehe)

In the chorus it sounds like the vocal gets a tiny bit out of tune. I dont know if its on purpose?

Anyway - thanks for sharing and keep 'em comming

Definately not something i have ever heard before. Very interesting. maybe throw on a bass (at least i dont really hear it smiley )

very cool indeed
Paycheck Friday by Whodatpat 1 year ago
Sounds good to me - only thing is that i can hardly hear any bass on it hehe - to me that makes the drums sound a little lonely smiley
Mood Swing by if7084 1 year ago
I will have to agree with WilliamChampagne. It has too much effect for my taste - and its kinda like it needs more "body" if you know what i mean (not sure if it has bass on it or not). The production could also be better, maybe overdubbing the guitars. The riff seems a little too straight forward for my taste and to me it gets a little boring after a while, so maybe some variation or something. come to think of it, if it got a decent bass on it everything could probably be fixed in the mix

Keep em comming smiley

DISCLAIMER: I only write my own opinion, and since im only one person, dont take it too seriously since ofcourse everyone has a different taste. I could be right, I could be wrong - who knows smiley

I Hope You Still Love Me Like I Love You by WilliamChampagne 1 year ago

heres my opinion..
- Do something about the drums. They sound way too midi (at least to me. I dont know if you can apply eq or effects or something to make them sound not so midi - or maybe use loops.

- The string section sounds good witht the rest.
- Bass is good. Good tone and level
- The second guitar har a nice tone and sound to it. The first one that comes in is to me a little bit too stiff if you know what i mean.

- The solo is also too stiff to my taste

- Mixing sounds good to me
- The chord progression is maybe a little bit too straight forward for my taste. you know, like those songs you hear in the radio and as soon as you have heard the 2 first chords you already know how the next are gonna sound like.

Anyway - this is just my opinion.
Thanks for the effort and for sharing it with us. just keep on composing

a template for the future by dischordant 1 year ago
First i was thinking that the beginning part of the tune was a little boring. I do like the alternate patterns and the reversal of the guitar vs. the rythm, and as my dear wife said: If there was some lyrics on it it would be totally cool. I do very much like from the middle and to the end.

hey i like this one. One of the best rap tunes i have heard in here. As Argales says: very nice flow. For sure something i would expect comming out of the radio. nice to hear someone in here actually rapping and not just posting "rap" tunes with only music
Lover and The Rain of Leaves by Argales 2 years ago

NYC Nevermind by Princefan 2 years ago
Pretty good going though i hear alot of room for improvement but then again - i hear that on my own tunes hehe..

Its not like im an expert but if i should give some constructive critique i would say that you should loosen up a little bit because it sounds a little stiff if you know what i mean - i guess it comes along the more you play - your definately in the right track.

I like the quiet part of the song though i dont really think it fits with the first part. However i like the solo better in that part - i dont like the solo sound though - but that is ofcourse a matter of opinion - to me its a bit too fuzz'ish - i think a more suddle distortion would have been better.

Anyway - nice going and keep up the good work - there can NEVER be too many guitar players smiley

And dont take my comments for more then what they are. Its all based on what i like ofcourse and since we're all so wonderfully different and im so weird in music taste then im sure alot of people would disagree with me.

I like this. Imidiately i know the chord progression and thats nice smiley - cool voice for sure and im a sucker for a nice choir which you have plenty of here. the mix sounds awesome - i especially like the sound on the drums (do i hear a slight mistake on the bass at some point?) - anyway this is a really cool song and thanks alot for sharing. insta fav smiley
Death From Above by LGZEE 2 years ago
Guitar sounds a bit out of sync with the drums. Just a question (maybe theres a meaning with it) but why do i only hear the guitar in one channel? you do have the classic metal sound on the guitar and levels sounds fine to me - song could be a little longer though and it feels weird that the drums suddenly stop but the guitar keeps playing. Anyway this i just my opinion. im sure when you get some bass on it and more guitar it will be just fine.

yeah you will probably think twice next time you offer to mix her music hehe smiley

Sounds awesome. Cool rythm track and i love the synth pad thingy

nice one dude .. are you playing everythign yourself?
"Part of Me" Music Video by musika 2 years ago
No question that the quality is great. Great voice and as far as i can hear the pitch controle is also good - and i did notice that you have that little vibrato in the end of a note - thats cool and makes it your own.
I also like the guitar - its very nicely done.

I think the tamburine is too loud.
I think the other voices are too loud.
Im not too crazy about the bass - its a bit boring - and seems to be too fast for the tune - dont know if that makes any sense.
I think it could use some more filling - like an extra guitar or something like that.

Anyway - this is just my opinion so you dont have to take it too seriously - i could be wrong smiley

But overall i think the quality is good, good mix in terms of that its bright and all instruments and voices are clear. and i have to give you credit for having the guts to post a video with yourself in it smiley

cool performance though i think your solo should have been much higher volume but i guess that could have been the camera not picking it up well smiley

When You Walk Through that Door by pharmakeus 3 years ago
To be honest (and i hope i dont step on anyones toes) but the male vocal dosent really fit in my opinion and to me it feel like theres alot of gaps in the song. The female voice sounds very relaxing and warm and personally i think it would fit great on this song alone (but i dont know what the intention of the song is).
Anyway - its good to see you guys put alot of effort into the project.

Thanks for sharing

Hey the drums sound pretty cool - are they real? Its very well produced - the vocal comes out in the mix nicely. Nice choir. i like the piano mixed up with the crunchy guitar. nice guitar solo smiley

i dont really have anything that i dont like on the tune actually - definately sounds like something i would expect to hear on the radio (and i dont mean it in a bad-mainstream-kinda-way)

mate - im gonna be dead honest with you - and before i say anything i have to tell you that im not a great singer myself.

The main issues i hear here is:
- pitch control
- lack of feeling

those are the things i think you need to work with. Im sure that when you have the pitch control under controle (so to speak) that the feeling will come automatically.

However i applaud you for being courageous enough to post it and keep practising smiley

lol i just saw that you play schecter - man i have been in love with that design since i saw one for the first time. i dont think i have seen a schecter that i didnt like (which is not something i can say about any other brands i think).

Anyway this is hardcore dude - you definately know how to play guitar - again i seem to hear the cutoff of the guitar too much. Like the last tune i heard the drums and bass seem too low in the mix - so maybe it IS infact my headphones
