its very unusual, i must admit, for pop musicians to write their own songs, compose the music, and record and engineer everything themselves, but i can honestly say that i am well impressed. this is a well written, well produced song! my only criticism is that at some points in the song the sibilance (the "s"s and "f"s) is really apparent and mabey use a De-s-er on your vocals, they are easy to use thanks jamie |

 nice tune man! i can feel the beat! used those loops in a good way, you've got the skill. you should try to make up your own synths and beats rather than using loops (dont get me wrong, loops are great fun), might be hard when you first start, but it is highly rewarding when you make a good beat and/or all by yourself. sorry for the bad production rating  i'll explain why.your mixing of the song was great but all you track are TOOO loud and garageband could not handle that, that is why you where getting that crackling noise if you took down the colume of all the track but kept the balance the same then you would not geth the crackle noise. i dont know what you know about mastering and compresors and stuffbut try putting a small amount of compression on the master track to make the song sound louder. keep it up!!! |

| can i just add, mabey when mixing, automate the panning of the guitar so there is a bit of varialtion on where each guitar is coming from. the hard panning of the guitars makes it trickey to listen to with headphones, but i probibaly makes it sound excellent thought speakers.... im undicided cheers. |
