Welcome, I am 42. I am new to this site and fell in love with it. I started playing guitar at age 11. I have lived and grown up in Santa Cruz Ca. Most of my life. I was in a few local bands, both good and bad from the 80's through 2005.
Coral Brune and I have just started an all independent one hour music show on Free Radio Santa Cruz, a micro station that streams in Santa Cruz at 101.1 FM & live at Free Radio Santa Cruz

The Tangerine Dream Team ( One hour of 100% Independent Music). The shows focus and goal is to promote, explore & broadcast independent music both local and worldwide. Music for musicians by musicians.
We are allays looking for songs for airplay from talented artists who want to be heard. Feel free to contact me with questions or permission for a song, or all your songs. Please send plug info too. See my Blog for more information. You can contact Coral and I at thetangerinedreamteam@gmail.com. Show Starts Tuesday Sept 29th and goes on weekly every Tuesday from 7-8pm pacific time.
I simply love to play music and working and playing with others, whatever their level. I also play bass, sing, or other people seem to think I can sing... I am well versed in recording and mixing. I was a commuter tech for 20 years. I can play Blues, Rock, Folk well. I also enjoy acoustic blues from the early 1900s. I love all types of music if it makes me feel something, like the hair on my neck raising or my spine tingling.
I want to break down some of my creative barriers, work on new types of music and collaborate as well as promote independent music.

Status etc. There has been much exchange over my questions, some of my own miss-perceptions etc. regarding getting permissions from artists who allow downloads. I want to assure all that I will seek permission from every artist.
