I think there is a tune that got on that album by a guy that used to be in the Commander Cody band. And he does my audio duplicating. Or is there an album the rose by Bette Midler. Interesting sound altering sound, I am hearing more and more of that but your stuff here seems to be as good as much of the others I've heard. Maybe even more creative. Nice guitar sounds too! | Thanks omnicell Right now I am not but I am trying to get on Americas Got Talent TV show and I wanted to do a lower rung take of two video cameras. I don't have the funds for regular tv show cameras but I just wanted to get the feel of that. I've submitted a few others but I think they may be more impressed with standing up fingerpicking like Tommy Emmanuel. At least I was very much inspired by his TV appearance on a paid phone on a money donation kinda channel PBS.. I've had AGT contact me via phone, one of the segment producers talked with me for about a 20 minuets. I was in the Nashville area at the time. I was sleeping on the couch and my wife woke me up and said, "guess who's on the phone", half awake I said "who"? it is Americans Got Talent" . So I get a big kick just preparing for that. It keeps me motivated and I have enthusiasm for life. It helps me enjoy trying to refine my stand up fingerstyle playing and singing. I recently submitted A CD to the Sleeping Lady Cafe, I used to play there alot. It is in Fairfax,CA. But not playing there so long I lost contact with that place. I had played a lot of restaurants etc. but I just have a tough time dealing with all the people talking and eating and not really caring about the performer. Some musicians are good with that and get annoyed when i tell them I just don't like that atmosphere. If I have to get a dollar tip for playing at a restaurant and that is all I get I'd rather play for free uploading. Been there done that and don't want to do it again ! I would rather keep applying for AGT and hone my video, music skills, recording skills and run my tile business |

| Really funky and so well done. Very strong in all categories. Love who you do such a great job with percussion. Especially the stops ! It's all great sounding. This really does have a great pro sound ! Love the funky scratchy-funky guitar with the organ sound going duet there. Entertaining I would think for the whole world to see. This could go over well at the Monterey Jazz Festival. Top level stuff to my ears. Not sure I've heard better by any doing this type of neat stuff! Way to Go ! Wow ! What a fabulous spanish flavor ! Enjoy your diction in singing this, really comes across with a excellent found. Love the transition of the guitar in the lower register as well. This is really nice to hear, sometimes I get overwhelmed in my tile business and LOVE how this takes me AWAY to a different place other than my troubles. That is WHY music is so precious and doesn't matter whether a person is famous with lots of money performing music or uploads a gem and then sings superbly. | To: jojo Yes, i feel like a real dummy for not getting the collaboration right. Before I uploaded the tune, I did the + and searched for Ruby's name but I couldn't understand how I typed in everything correctly but Elaine's Icomp name refused to come up and i thought there must be a glitch in the system or something. I tried and tried and tried. I put in Ruby D, Ruby Du, Ruby Dubi but not go  .This is my first collaboration were I uploaded to my site and for the life of me I just couldn't figure it out. Then when you posted I came back to were I was at and looked up after reading your note and said to my self. O no, I got to get this done and quick. So I finally figured out I have to put Elaine's first and last username close to each other and it works like a charm. Now I am an expert on how to used the collaboration "add" and "search" icomp dialog box So many times sadly to say I just don't learn the easy way. Thanks for the post and letting me know about this ! |
