As a metalhead, the main influences on my compositions are bound to have a hard edge, but it's the melodies that make a song memorable, so I try to include as many as I can, from upbeat picking and arpeggios ala power metal, to the evil sounding, diminished sensibilities of bands such as Bodom and Cradle of Filth. I play mostly guitar, but have a degree of experience as a drummer, and have played drums in one small band, which has now disbanded. However, I am beginning a new project with some other musicians, and all being well, it'll last a little longer this time!

I'm 18 and so this is the year I leave school and head to University. I'm looking to take a BA course in Music Technology, which should help me gain access to some slightly more high tech equipment than I have in my house, as well as provide me with a bit more experience of music production, and working with other musicians.

I'm pretty much a newbie on here with 3 songs, but please listen to any which take your fancy, or all of them, if you have the time! Expect aggressive drums along with meaty rhythm and melodic lead lines. All criticism is welcome, and in terms of my own comments, I aim to give detailed and helpful criticism - if anything I say isn't these things, be sure to put me right!
