Salutations! My name is Tom! I have another account on here named HarmoniousFarting, which includes all of my more horrifying and strange compositions, so take a look around there as well! This page, however, is dedicated to my strictly instrumental pieces, that center around the piano.
Allow me to introduce myself a tad further:
I was first interested in the keyboard at a young age when my dad got one (for some strange reason, I think he got one as a gift at a Halloween party?
Yeah...weird. Like me!) Anyways, I started fumbling around with it and began trying to interpret songs by listening to them. Honestly, I think playing by ear isn't really so much of a gift as it is listening to a song and figuring out which key makes that sound...so just about anyone, who really commits themselves, can learn how to play by ear! 
So I learned how to play simple themes from videogames, and what not, and I just kept on going from there. I now have my own keyboard that's a lot better than the old one my dad had, yet I can still get a much better one now that the future of technology runs faster than the blink of an eye. I play by ear, but it takes a lot more time than you think it would. I can't just listen to a song once and then play it again, that's like a savant's talent! 8D I can sort of read notes, but it takes even more time to do that and I usually get it wrong D:
So that's pretty much musical-me put into a nutshell. Enjoy the piano! 8)
