This is very new to me. Years of playing in cover bands masked my creativity for original music. The first band I belonged to Eighteenhundred, was a great party atmosphere, however, did not fulfill my urge to become challenged with learning more complex material, and eventually writing. The hardest thing when it became time to leave, was telling my brother (who's the lead singer). The band I'm in now, Jive Miguel, is making that more possible than ever before. When you have your mind backed by confidence in writing and playing, it's a beautiful thing.
