Hello Folks!!!

Thought I'd give this a go and see what you think!!!
A Urisk is a elf like creature that tidies up at night when everyone else has gone to bed. I could go all 'arty' now and claim that this is what I'm doing with my thoughts, feelings and emotions when I'm writing songs into the early hours of the morning, putting them in order to try and make sense of things that, on the whole, can't be made sense of!!! Heavy eh! and not true...sorry!!! The fact is that I (Mark) write all the stuff (words and music) but others help make it happen. More often than not 'Ken the Base' brings out new shapes in my songs that I hadn't seen comming...others will be contributing in the future. So, I can't call it the 'Mark' site/page/whatever, so Urisk it is!!!
The sounds are made by me on Vocals, acoustic guitar and bodrhan (a tomboureeny thing you hit with a stick). Ken the Base... well, he plays base!!! It's all recorded on my p.c. at home with minimum equipment (I mix it through my modest hi-fi...no mixing desk..yet!!!)
That's it then!!! The music is a bit of a mix...acousticy (obviously!!! not sure that's a real word though) folky (sometimes!!!) I don't know what else, you tell me!!!
