| Sleep Walk (Santo & Johnny cover) by Venturesguitar | 1 year ago |
| Dano, I actually tried to combine some influence from all the versions of this song I love. The original, of course, The Ventures version, Brian Setzer's version, totally, and Danny Gatton's version. It was hard combining so many styles into one 3 minute recording, but I think it worked. | |

| Great job on the steel guitar!! I would love to learn to play one someday! I am just finishing a cover of this song, just on a six-string. Can't beat the pedal sound! Love it! |

| I guess we are just used to that. We play in bars alot. Brian will really get a kick out of the Bad Company reference. Our bassist plays that song on his acoustic nights, too. Thanks for the listen and the comments! |

| Fantastic, doing it live gave it a very emotional touch. The lyrics are fantastic. A radio station as relationship metaphor works so well; there are so many nuances and intricacies that can be explored. Great, great job. |

| Great, love the sound. You really got that '60s sound. Like a Donovan song, but with the darkness of Barrett thrown in. Nice job! | |

| Great, great stuff. The melodies were amazing, the tone blended right into the song, if you hadn't said anything, no one would have known it wasn't your backing track. Excellent playing. David |

| Great stuff. Great use of metaphor. The music is fatastic, too. It hints at Zappa at times, and that is what keeps it from being bland and ordinary. Love it. | |

| I liked it until the second guitar came in, then I loved it! I have gotten sick of the "perfect pitch" and tuning frenzy. I really like how expressive the two guitars and voice are. | |

| Nice, I like it, it has a very Daniel Johnston feel to it. I love that you are addressing a real issue. | |
| This Year's Girl by Dyl | 3 years ago |
| I quite like this song. I thought it would have a Costello feel, probably because of the title. It seemed to have more of a Mark Knopfler feel to it. You two have a great sound together, I liked the tone your voices gave. | |
