I'm a 30-something IT monkey, and I've loved music ever since I can remember. I was playing the piano when I was 3 or 4, I taught myself to play drums when I was 13, and I've been making music with whatever instruments and equipment have been available to me over the years.

My tastes are wide and varied, I absolutely love music in the jazz, funk, electronica/ambient categories... anything with a real groove to it. I'll sit down with dZihan & Kamian as eagerly as I'll listen to Stevie Wonder, Peter Gabriel, Steely Dan or Spyro Gyra.

I've learned over the years that every genre of music has something I like in it, and it's made me very open to new concepts and styles. Also, I love 80s music. Love it.
