| what a strange environment man... I mean this is just almost as bizarre as Jimi doing Wild Thing on a UK gameshow... remember that--it was a jam with Mitch mitchell... Noel Redding didn't have a freakin clue....left in the dust... Jimi was so loose he'd just bust into anything, and so he did it and the game show people sort of freaked out... BUT I DIGRESS! Charly's relaxed sure vocal and the excellent guitar work are standouts. The band is nice and tight. The keybord solo also stands out especially with the tight rhythm section providing a good foundation. Worked great. Wonder if anyone knew the tune. Oh well. The way you did this is more about respecting a great tune than doing your own version--respect bros. Rock on baby. It's a good thing it's not over in death. |
