For me, SOUL music is not just a style, like faded jeans and a sampled Fender Rhodes electric piano. Like LOVE, SOUL is a frame of mind. IT is the poetry that ignites the spirit and separates art from fluff. Balls to bones, SOUL is the essential element that connects us all, regardless of musical styles.
Who We Be. . . A Brief History
So I've worked with some cool people. . .(some of whom you may know), Been the opening artist for some great bands and travelled blah, blah. . .(You can go to my myspace page or official website to check out all that stuff). Here is where the midnight oil burning gets shared. Humbly appreciating the sounds here and looking forward to sharing some as well. Looking for 'specific' feed back that helps to take the grooves to the next level. Rock on icompers!
What I play: Keyboards, Voice, Drums/drum programming, guitar, sax and what ever else is within reach when the record light is on.
Gear: A variety analog and digital keyboards including my Fender Rhodes electiric piano, a vast library of software synths, Guitars: US made Ovation Acoustic Electric 1861LX customed, Mexican Strat customed,
Computers: Macbook Pro Intel core 2 Duo, G-4 Power PC upgraded
DAW: Logic Pro 8, Garage Band 08
