LOL! Always hated that song but I do love your lyrics!!! I found your simile with the "fart in the lift" very poetic. there should be more songs like that (with more interesting topics maybe) AND, I think it's highest time to break that dishonest rule, never talking bad about dead people. People are not turning into saints suddenly just because they are dead. An a..hole at lifetime is just a dead a..hole then. Was she a poor soul? Maybe. But in africa and other places there are millions of poor souls surely suffering more than any blond starlet. Even a few miles away from her home there are people with real problems. For reasons, I am not ready to accept, the suffering of people like a.n.smith seems to be more interesting than any of those really suffering ones. Therefore I find it good, to take people like her back to normality - though I personally prefer just to ignore them, no matter if dead or alife. <i am writing all this, because we here in Austria just had Paris Hilton here - as special guest of the Viennese opera ball . . . poor Vienna! |

there is a little mistake in the beginning. vox should be more in front. bass too (if there is one?). production sounds too thin to my ears. the end is cut away. whole thing needs a remix! and please, take away this picture! that's the bad news. good news: great melody and lyrics, interesting guitar-work. a new mix and you'll get a fine little love song! |

I DID already a remix and tried to change the files, but it didn´t work. so I´ll post a new version / new song and promise a translation. austrian folk? god no!!! we have a famous group here, STS from styria, who copied my sound - and their concept was crosby, stills & nash in german. meanwhile maybe more austrians know them than the original. |
