![]() That was fun, Borris! You need to have your own program on a radio station, or at least broad cast in some huge way. I'm just sayn' Your voice is a pleasant and entertaining one to hear. You have an excellent sense of timing. What you did hear is not at all an easy thing to do. This is good - Very creative Thanks for sharing |

![]() A phenomenal piece of work. Yes, there are more superlative where that came from too, just keep up this excellent musicianship, please. I love the orchestrated textured movement in this piece and how your guitar playing complimented it so well. It all provided that sort of mystical feel that often times overwhelms me when I've been out and hiking in the beautiful 'almost' wilderness in the northwestern parts of the states here. It was perfectly portrayed in this piece. It's the type of composing that would go on in my mind, but that I could never bring to fruition outside of my head. Thank you for that and thank you for sharing another excellent piece of work. It sounds as if there's more to come of this suite... I'm on seats edge... Dion P.S -Bet ya never heard these words before... - hehe Sorry that you only get half a ten here - i would double it if I could... |

![]() Nice work PDX. I thought that this was a very cool piece. Very feel, a nice chill tune. It's a tough one to call w/ the grades and all, after having just listened to Ians Autum Daze. But then, we wouldn't have his encouragement, thoughtful comments and the more selfish reasons, we wouldnt have his wonderful creations anymore... Thanks for sharing this, |

![]() hey LWinston, i read your posting of DJWEWEX's "disco time" and thought that if you were doing all the things that you stated about his music, then you're doin it in a way that i can relate to. my thoughts are tallied - you are "walking your talk",,. this tune has good structure, good arrangement, direction and BONUS - it has balance of symmetry. an excellent job of executing all of the basics and,,, it's groovin too... Congratulations! cydniko |
|
| DISCO TIME by DJWEWEX | 3 years ago |
![]() a very nice job indeed djwewex. i agree with the statement above... this tune has nice structure, it has direction and good arrangement. ultimately, the focus of stucture in my music may be the thing that people get bored with. However it is my opinion, that even if it's a structure type that you created, one should be able to sense or feel it - it is the helpful cue that things aren't falling apart and for good or for bad, it is the thing that places all other things in a particular order. this tune is a nice order of things... cydniko |

![]() good to know that this isn't just me. thank apple for gb or i'd still be driving my friends crazy trying to have what in my mind, is a normal conversation. i don't miss that all too familiar glazed over look on there faces either. the beauty in this tune, no one can say what's wrong w/ it, just because it is what you say it is... good job! cyd |

![]() when is the next pary, i wanna go. very nice production. good structure. good symmetry, nice groove and fell. it has a nice beginning center and almost ending, however, if i were me, i'd quickly remove it before too many good ratings got jabbed by the abrupt ending. it's an easy fix - you already have it, just back up about one second and clip it and then you have all my fives. hurry, because this is otherwise, a nice production! cyd |
