Incredible , Aside from the pure skill and talent displayed here.... I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the song as a sum of its parts....very musical and outstanding musicianship.....I would have wanted a bit more thematic development before the onslaught of the guitar players formidable chops blew the roof off this mother...but that is my personal taste and regardless of how I approach phrasing I was completely floored by his skill. Mix is crystal clear and very full & for the most part well balanced..... snare was a little too hot & wet in places for my tastes....but that is more of my interpretation in how I percieved the production rather than a criticsm....in my mind still excellent. All in all I really really enjoyed this,,,,glad I stumbled on to this gem. |

| Excellent song structure....and as a whole the piece is very good. Some of the guitar parts with heavy delay .....particularily in the intro stepped on themselves a bit....created a slightly cluttered sound as far as the timing was concerned. Overall this is very good. |

Excellent job man! Vocals are sensational....and that rhythm guitar groove.....is just %(&? sensational.....deep & nasty. Bass is very solid...nice tone. Lead guitar is for the most part exceptional....there are a few spots where your bends are a a little shy of pitch.... but I am probably alone in this observation....and the notes you were reaching for may have been intentional to create tension Top notch songwriting and production. Excellent song I really enjoyed the listen. |

| Excellent guitar playing. I liked the way the rhythm guitar has been revamped to tie in with drums and percussion..... nice feel and translates well. As for your vocals I woud just belt it out, you have a nice voice. The increased air that you push out should aid in making the notes that you sing sound a little stronger. Lead playing was fantastic I would have loved to have heard more... after all Santana is an improviser and if it is your own interpretation that you are going for I think someone like you with skill as a guitar player should stretch out more. | |

I heard Lyle Mays and Chick Corea(The Elektric Band) in this. Very good piece regardless of how incorrect my stylistic references may be. I am particularily impressed with the darkness alluded to in the construction and phrasing of your lines. Zawinal also comes to mind especially with respect to some of the angular sounding harmonies. |

Intro is superb. Harmony guitar section very much like Frank Gambales late 80 early 90s work ie. The Great Explorers. Bass playing reminds me a little of Jeff Berlin. This piece is very well conceived, and a pleasure to listen to! |

Really cool lines and some nice development throughout the song The one thing that was missing for me was a more clearly defined chord structure underneath some of the lines. i think that may have anchored them a bit better all the while giving the listener a better grasp of what harmony is being implied by the lines. Some of the lines really stretched things ( as they should ) I just would have wanted a bit more definition either through the bass line or a additional chording in the more minimalist sections. Overall very enjoyable |
