The Deckchairs Gurus are not what people could call a band or a group. They are the search for a perfect lifestyle: 'guru-style'. The music is a reflection of the search for the way of life where conflict is avoided and peace and happiness are sought.

Now for the technical jumbo mumbo.Our setup is very simple:
-A computer (2.8Mhz, 2Gig RAM, 200GIG HD - still suffers loads when several fx are used in cubase)
-Platforms - Cubase coupled with Reason - geat combination
-Focusrite Saffire - Great Soundcard also useful for DJing
-Gerelec 1029A Monitors - Tiny monitors but they have a pristine sound
- M-Audio Radium 49 Keyboard Controller
- A variety of guitars, bases, bongos, shakes etc.
- Mic - Rode NT2A
