Biography

By day, he's a bright young "Creative Services Director" for a cluster of 4 radio stations in Houston, TX. By night, he's the father of 3 beautiful kids, ages 3, 2 and 7-months. (2 boys and a girl)

Doc is not a musician. He's never studied music or learned to play an instrument. Thanks to progams like GarageBand and ProTools, what he lacks in musical knowledge, he makes up for with creativity and perseverance.

Unincumbered by traditional music rules or common practices, Doc just does what he thinks sounds good. It's not uncommon for hours to pass in what seems like just a few minutes, when he really gets into something that he's workng on.

It helps that he spends his days surrounded by the tools of his trade as well as those of his passion. Audio production came naturally to him. As a veteran of the US Coast Guard, Doc spent just 6 weeks in a college radio program before being hired at a local radio station. Since then he's skyrocketed to the 5th largest radio market in the United States.

Much of Doc's personal time is consumed with caring for his 3 beautiful children, and his amazing wife. From the bouncy goofball lyrics of Go To Sleep to the slick and different souunds of So Alive, Doc continues to push himself to try new things and to learn more about one of the greatest gifts our creator ever bestowed upon us. The gift.... of music.
