Sadly, i have NO ability to create music .... despite these close encounters with gifted artists: ....
When i lived in Long Beach, California, i landed my dream come true job of working at groundbreaking radio station KNAC-FM 105.5: http://www.knac.com This was during the days when it was still a broadcast over the airwaves radio station.
Nearly every musician and band who came to Southern California, be it to play gigs, promo their releases, or visiting the area, would stop by KNAC for an interview. Here's the exciting part: One of my job duties called for me to casually chit-chat one-on-one with the bands/artists while they were awaiting their interview! i felt so fortunate.
KNAC was a fiercely loved radio station, and was severely mourned when it was sold, and the format switched over to Latin music.
These days, i'm beyond impressed with the folks who had such incredible foresight to reincarnate KNAC to be one of the first (if not THE first) internet radio stations.
