Vox in a box... by malekey 3 years ago
good tones. I don't get a chance to play my vox in the house all too often. I end up using a 5watt valve junior with a home made cab containing an 8 inch jensen. I roll my vox out for shows and let it rumble. Your idea is a good one. might give it a try one of these days.

This is an amazing piece of music. Definitely has the Chicago "rag" feel to it. I would not know this timeless piece was a recent recording other than the fact that it was submitted on this site. Your timing, playing, singing, and production is flawless. I cannot say enough good things about this piece. Wow. Seriously, wow.

breaking up with you (4-trackdemo) by TheDirtFarm 5 years ago
Like this one too. Minnesota has been good to your process.

I think the whole Lou Reed Spiel would work well with this one too, especially if you don't want to use back up harmonies or accompaniment.

Great tune. Good luck
trainwreck (4-track demo) by TheDirtFarm 5 years ago
nice job, good lyrics. I really like this tune.

(I'm the last person to take production advice from but...)

When you record it professionally, maybe sing it more "matter of factly" like Lou Reed on the V.U.'s Loaded. I like the quality of the four track recording though for this song. It has some life to it digitals just can't provide
