| Fear of Happiness by fromano | 1 year ago |
| Thanks a lot Babs, Boss, and all the other friends who spent 5 minutes of their time to give this lil' song a listen. This tune is (guess what?) auto-biographic, and tells about the very moment when, after the worst months of my life (a divorce is never an easy experience to cope with), I've found the courage to "open my door to hope", and start living and loving once again. Ok, I know that songs-with-a-message are somewhat out of fashion, but this song has one, and the message is: however life has beaten you, whatever pain you suffered for, never be afraid of happiness. Perhaps it won't last long, and maybe you'll suffer again, but those moments of joy will be worth all the pain. Long live and prosper, my friends. I love you all. |

| THIS FEELS RIGHT by SISTERS | 1 year ago |
![]() I'm so very glad I came here and found this song, it's one of the best things I've listened to in a while. A simple yet convincing melody, floating over a sophisticated (very Floyd-ish) soundbed (loved the reverbered piano chords, they sound like an upright piano played in a wide, empty hall), and a GREAT, expressive, warm vocal interpretation... all these things conjure to let me love this tune. My sincere congrats to both of you. Fulvio |

| Not So Kind (draft) by crissew | 2 years ago |
| I listened carefully and here's my humble response: - structure & harmony: nuthin' to complain, it works well. I'd add space for a guitar solo before the end, but it's not compulsory. - Lyrics : very good job. like it all the way around. - arrangement: I'd change the drums pattern to something simpler. Let the bass do its part in varying the beat, so...er... you need a bass, and a piano and an electric guitar with a moderately crunchy tone. Not much more than that... maybe just some "aaaah"s in the chorus section. - Voice: you have a good vox, so please don't use that vocoder-like effect! in short: I really like the song, and I'm convinced that with a few touches here and there, and a proper arrangement, it would work damn well. Cheers Fulvio |

![]() Excellent to say the least! ooohhh, that tremolo strat in the background is sweeet. Superb strat tone and soulful playing. there are 2 ways to play a guitar: 1) trying to play as many notes as you can in a measure 2) putting as much heart as you can in every single note. You, thanks the Almighty Lord, belong to the second category of players which, by the way, is the one I prefer. Thanks A LOT for sharing, Bing. Fulvio |

| Una considerazione all'imperativo? Vabbe', nessun problema.

| Rain Of Angels by gongcity | 3 years ago |
Fulvio |
