| This is a very enjoyable piece of music, very calming and soothing, but full of life at the same time. The backing tracks support to perfection. Sweet, sweet horn playing - as many have said, you played just enough. And a great mix. I really enjoyed this, Jay. Thanks very much for this beautiful song. |

| Confession by Marino_Experiment | 3 months ago |
| This song is so very well done. I love the sparse instrumentation - it helps emphasize the lyric, which is of great importance. The acoustic guitar's part is perfect, and is played with utmost skill. The synth line that replaced the flute is very effective. The pads are subtle and support the song nicely. Then there's the vocalist. Wow... She sang right to the song's heart. Having two daughters in college, the lyric is not hard to relate to, but your wife's voice would draw in any listener. She was able to express a range of emotions, and to do so with great technical skill. What a singer... Thank you for this great song from a great team. |

| The sound of this song is spectacular. It's just beautifully produced. I love the instrumentation - all of it - and how it was used. Your arrangement chops are first rate. Like Mr. Vegetal, I especially like the guitar lines and the bass part, but there's *so* much to like in this engaging piece of music. Just a great song, done to perfection. Congratulazioni il mio amico (I hope I got that right). |

| What a wonderful listen - the singing, the lyric, the track, its arrangement, the atmosphere, all these elements work so well together to transport us to the difficult and dangerous life of the miners and the all-too-often heartbreak of loss down there. The harmony is outstanding, of course. You did a beautiful job here, Kate. This is a really nice piece of music. Congratulations to both you and Tim, and thanks for giving us this song. |

It's impossible to hear this song and not be moved by it, and in a *very* nice way (although "nice" really isn't the most accurate term here...). Whew... Great, great delivery. Thank you for this. |

| Kate, I enjoyed this very much, and I hope it's the first of many. Your beautiful voice seems to have a bit of a Celtic lilt to it; either that or you just hit the feeling of this song just right. More likely both are true... Flawless intonation and clarity. Very well done, Kate. And I want to go down on record as having recommended you take Kassia up on her offer. Her great composing and arranging plus your singing - I would be very interested in hearing a collaboration between the two of you. Congratulations on your very successful maiden voyage. |

The great things I've heard about your playing and composing are obviously true... Most of the sounds on this song came from Miroslav Philharmonik. | It Is Made Of Music by feenixx | 7 months ago |
| Very creative instrumentation for this engaging piece, feenix. Whereas I can hear your nod to the "German Frenchman", whose poetry inspired this, I hear a distinct Asian influence - the erhu, the gong, the rhythm... No matter what parts of the globe you looked to for inspiration, this is a fine piece of music. | |

| Keep On Running (remix plus) by Dadai | 2 years ago |
![]() Nice harmony on this well-crafted song. Neil did a good job with the DOD part - as a result, the groove is solid all the way through, and all the instrumental and vocal parts stayed in the pocket, which I think is vital in a song like this. All the vocals came out great, too. I think this is the best work you've done by far, Jack. Congratulations. Great job. |

![]() I'd say the combination of the three of you at work on this song was a complete success. The track cruises along with a light-hearted feel, the creative guitar work provides just the right edge and delivers nice texture which helps carry the listener's interest. On top of all that is a sweet, honest, vulnerable, natural vocal track that is utterly charming and disarming. My guess, Lisa, is that you'll not have many more moments in your life when hope will grow "duller than a butter knife..." Congratulations to all three participants in this killer pop tune. |
