Amateur and semi-professional musician for over 30 years. Varied musical taste - influences are from classical, folk, world music, ambient, jazz, r&b, rock, funk and a few I can't think of right now.

Big influences on my early guitar style - Jethro Tull (acoustic), Jimi Hendrix (electric). Neil Young is probably my main influence these days. He plays from the heart. I think Yes (at least in their early albums) is one of the great under-appreciated bands.

I like composing and recording with GarageBand - what a great app it is, perfect for hackers like myself.
